About Marlene

Marlene grew up in Sandy Utah where she spent her childhood learning to ride horses and ice skate. She helped her mom and dad when they would remodel homes that they bought by tearing out the wallpaper and changing switch plates or weeding gardens. She even helped her dad run lines for the new swamp coolers and AC units that he installed.

Marlene moved to Southern Utah in 2004 and went to school to get her real estate license in 2007. She activated her license at the end of 2007 as the market was declining rapidly. As with everything that she does, she jumped in feet first and never looked back. Marlene spent her time making phone calls and knocking on doors and helped 23 families that year. Always big on education, Marlene went on to earn her ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), her GREEN designation (Energy efficiency and stability), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Marlene has sold 100’s of homes in Southern Utah and helped 100’s of families with their dreams of owning a home, building a home, moving up or downsizing. She has great joy in helping her past clients AND new clients and loves it when they refer their family and friends. She enjoys meeting new people and always considers everyone a friend that she just hasn’t met yet.
