About Ashley

Ashley Wolthuis is a graduate of Weber State University and furthered her education at Universitat Jaume I in Castellón, Spain, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Development Studies. Today, Ashley is a second-generation Certified Residential Appraiser and owner of Element Appraisal, as well as an author for national real estate publications. She is also an active member of the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors (NWAOR) Board, contributing her expertise and leadership to the local real estate community.

Ashley is an award-winning real estate agent with REMAX Associates and has been recognized as Ogden Connection’s “Ogden’s Favorite Realtor” in 2021 and 2022, Weber County Connection’s “Weber County’s Favorite Realtor” in 2022, a recipient of the NWAOR Top 250 Realtor Award, the REMAX Chairman’s Club Award, and the REMAX Hall of Fame.
